Overview

This policy explains how your information is handled in the Ohaco app and on this website (ohaco.app). Ohaco is currently under development; this policy describes the planned behavior at release and the current behavior of the website.

Data Storage

All your models and project files are stored locally on your device as files. The Developer does not collect, transmit, or access your data.

Purchases

When the app is released, purchases will be processed through the distribution platform you obtained the app from (such as the Mac App Store or other supported storefronts). All payment information is managed by that platform. The Developer does not collect or access your payment details.

Analytics & Tracking

Ohaco does not collect any analytics or usage data from inside the app. No third-party tracking or advertising services are used in the app.

Analytics

This website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand site traffic. It is cookieless and privacy-first: it does not use cookies, does not fingerprint or track you across sites, and does not collect any personally identifiable information. See Cloudflare Web Analytics for details.

Email updates

If you sign up for email updates on this website, we collect your email address to send you news about Ohaco, such as release and update announcements. We never use it for advertising or share it with third parties. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

This email sign-up is part of the Shirokuma newsletter (operated by Junichi Sato) and is managed under the Ohaco topic. We do not send topics you did not opt into, but Shirokuma (Junichi Sato) may also send updates from time to time.

Email sign-up and delivery are handled by Resend (Resend, Inc., USA), which stores your email address to manage your subscription and send messages. Opens and clicks may be measured by Resend's standard features. See Resend's Privacy Policy for details.
